Since 2005, I have worked as an independent education consultant, advising students from around the world as they apply to college—with an exceptional track record of student success

I enjoy working with teenagers because I find them to be authentic, aware, willing to learn, and insightful.

I earned my BA and MBA at Yale University. While pursuing my MBA degree, I worked as an application reader for Yale's Undergraduate Admissions Office for two admissions seasons.

I also earned a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension in 2004, and completed the practicum portion of this Certificate in the College Counseling office at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT.

As a Yale undergrad, I was a three-season varsity athlete (cross country + indoor and outdoor track) and earned nine varsity letters and All-ECAC honors. Serving as the Captain of Yale's women's cross country team for the 1998 season meant a great deal to me. I also wrote sports articles for The Yale Herald during college.

I'm currently a member of the Southern Association for College Admissions Counseling (SACAC). Some of my favorite things to do are trail running, yoga, shopping at farmers' markets, and listening to live music.
